While I was back in Ireland I did a photo shoot with my brother Shane who is very handsome and is a part time actor and model. He is an awesome illustrator and designer. Check out his work here

I wanted to do a a fashion photography style shoot with him so the rest of the photos are more like that but here is a portrait shot of him wearing my dads cap!

Ireland

I took a trip home to Ireland last week. It was lovely being back seeing family and friends. Since moving away I am really able to look at Ireland with fresh eyes and appreciate the things I took for granted even though the country is falling asunder! I felt like a bit of a tourist, I can really see why tourists love Ireland, you just wouldn't get it anywhere else. For example we came across a horse fair while we were staying in Ennistymon, a small town in County Clare. There was no law nor order, cars, people, horses, donkeys, wheeling and dealing all happening along a small narrow street!

The Burren is near by and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing it again and the weather was actually on our side for once! Here is a little taste of County Clare, my favourite county in Ireland...

Badlands!

Over the long weekend I went on a bike ride to Cheltenham badlands, I never knew this existed in Ontario and it was really cool! Unfortunately everyone else had the same idea, it was packed with people. I am definitely going to organise a photo shoot at this location.

Shantel
